What You'll Do Part-Time & Flexible

• Work approximately 10 days per month (up to 1,200 hours per year), with availability in 5-day blocks that include weekends and the ability to schedule non-available days 60 to 90 days in advance. Travel Opportunities
• Conduct on-site fleet safety training across the country, leading both classroom and on-road sessions. Engaging Training Role
• Teach safe driving techniques to professionals, helping to reduce accidents and save lives. Short-Term Assignments
• Most training assignments are 1 to 5 days in length (including occasional weekends). Work with Major Companies
• Train employees from some of the biggest brands in the world! What We're Looking For Confident & Outgoing
• Comfortable giving stand-up presentations to both small and large groups. Valid Driver's License
• With a good driving record over the past 12 months. Reliable Transportation
• Proof of valid insurance for local travel assignments. Tech-Savvy
• Must have internet access and an email address for scheduling and communication. Financially Prepared
• Must have a credit card for business travel expenses (reimbursed). Background Check & Physical
• Must be able to pass a potential DOT driver physical (required based on specific roles) and background check. Bilingual Skills? A Plus!
• While not required, bilingual skills are a great bonus!

Physical & Travel Requirements Ability to travel regularly by air and ground and tolerate the normal physical demands of frequent business travel. Ability to safely get in and out of passenger vans and other training vehicles throughout the workday. Ability to hear sufficiently to respond to student questions, warning signals, sirens, and other traffic-related sounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Visual ability sufficient to observe traffic lights, roadway conditions, vehicle movement, and other traffic-related activity, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to lift and place a suitcase weighing approximately 45 pounds into an aircraft overhead bin, with or without reasonable accommodation. For backing/CQM classes, ability to stand outside the vehicle and walk at a brisk pace for approximately 150 feet, repeatedly throughout the day, while coaching students as the vehicle moves at approximately 1-2 mph, with or without reasonable accommodation.
