Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an independent, Driver Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about promoting safe driving habits and is committed to delivering engaging, state-certified instruction in an remote classroom setting. This role is crucial in helping students meet legal requirements while fostering responsible and informed driving behaviors.
Note:
Training and certification support are available if you are not currently certified. Schedule & Hours This is a part-time position not exceeding (20) hours per week. Scheduled shifts are set for Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective instruction aligned with the Georgia state-approved Driver Improvement curriculum. Facilitate classroom discussions and activities that promote participation, critical thinking, and real-world application of driving principles. Assess student understanding through quizzes, participation. Maintain a safe, respectful, and professional classroom environment at all times. Accurately document student attendance, course completion records, and required state reporting. Provide clear communication and guidance to students regarding course content and expectations. Attend and participate in required trainings and professional development to maintain instructional quality. Work alongside Administration Department to ensure compliance and correct documentation. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older. Certified Driver Improvement Instructor License (required). We provide training for you to have the tools necessary to become a licensed instructor. Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage a diverse classroom and adapt instructional methods to different learning styles. Excellent time management, organization, and recordkeeping skills. Must be a U.S. citizen.

$15.00 per hour
