Your objective is to get players game-ready using the Infinite Hitting Program, which combines science, coaching, and technology.
Key Responsibilities Instruction:
Conduct daily training sessions focused on proper swing mechanics and mechanical efficiency.
Technology:
Utilize technology including video analysis to provide data-backed feedback.
Personalized Planning:
Develop and monitor individualized development plans for every athlete.
Communication:
Discuss progress and improvement areas with parents and guardians.
Retention:
Help maintain a positive, high-energy environment to ensure client growth and retention.
Candidate Qualifications Playing Experience:
Collegiate or professional playing experience is required .
Coaching Experience:
Prior coaching experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate. One week of training onsite at corporate location in Florida is required (travel costs are covered).
Mindset:
A results-oriented, "team-first" attitude with a passion for player development.
Availability:
Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts (typically Mon-Fri 3-10 PM) and Saturdays (10 AM-3 PM).
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
Typically ranges from $44,000 - $50,000.
