Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices and preparing them for their driving tests. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage a classroom environment, and a passion for teaching individuals of all ages. Duties Conduct driving lessons in both classroom and behind-the-wheel settings. Educate students on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle operation. Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a positive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Provide support and guidance to students preparing for their driving tests. Qualifications Proven experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and engage with students. Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster a productive learning atmosphere. Familiarity with adult education principles is a plus, as the role may involve teaching adult learners. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Patience, adaptability, and a passion for educating others are essential traits for success in this role.
