Job Description

ChildS erve's Supported Community Living (SCL) service has a job for you! As a Skill Development Parent , you will provide 1:1 personal care, skill development, supervision, and training individualized for your child. Please note, this is a temporary position. Schedule Flexible hours! Most shifts occur after 4pm Monday - Friday or on the weekends. How You'll Make an Impact Have fun and work with your child, 1:1 to teach daily living skills Be creative while engaging children in activities Receive ongoing training and supervision Great resume builder for those interested in social work, education, therapy, psychology, and nursing
What You'll Need :
Eligibility & Background :
Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be a parent of a child receiving services at
ChildServe Communication & Documentation :
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to document observations and services accurately
Technology & Training :
Basic computer skills and reliable internet access are required for documentation and online training
Transportation Requirements :
Must be willing to transport as an authorized ChildServe driver, with a valid driver's license (held for 3 years), passing a motor vehicle record and car safety check
Reliability & Compliance :
