You will work with teens and adults, helping them build confidence and prepare for independent driving. Responsibilities Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction. Teach safe driving habits, traffic laws, and defensive driving skills. Work with students of different ages and experience levels. Help students practice city, highway, parking, and other everyday driving skills. Monitor student progress and provide helpful feedback. Maintain accurate lesson and student records. Communicate professionally with students and parents. Create a patient, positive, and safe learning environment. Qualifications Valid driver's license and good driving record. Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices. Patient, dependable, and professional. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working with teens and adults. Able to remain calm and attentive while instructing students. Driving instruction or teaching experience preferred, but not required. Must meet all state requirements for driving instructors. Driver Instructor Licensing and Training Driv Rite Driving School offers reimbursement to help eligible new instructors complete the required training and certification process. Additional details regarding eligibility and reimbursement will be discussed during the hiring process.
