Alternative Home Care Specialist Now Hiring:

Part-time Instructor. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 7:15-4:15 with some occasional Tuesdays and Thursdays. IMPAC by Alternative Home Care Specialist is seeking an energetic, dependable, and compassionate part-time instructor to join our team. The Instructor will guide developmental individuals with instructional classes, movement and craft classes, in addition to driving a van for community outings. This is a small group environment where participants learn and have fun daily.

Responsibilities:

• Lead educational and informational classes
• Facilitate group games and recreational activities
• Conduct movement and exercise sessions
• Participate in and supervise community outings
• Safely transport participants using company van
• Encourage participation and foster a positive, supportive environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet participants needs.

Qualifications:

• Must be of 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain a chauffer's license
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• Flexible and adaptable in a variety of settings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to teach and engage groups effectively
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus.
