Alternative Home Care Specialist Now Hiring:
FullTime Instructor Hours:
7:15-4:30, Mon- Fri. IMPAC by Alternative Home Care Specialist is seeking an energetic, dependable, and compassionate full
- time instructor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead educational and informational classes
- Facilitate group games and recreational activities
- Conduct movement and exercise sessions
- Participate in and supervise community outings
- Safely transport participants using company van
- Encourage participation and foster a positive, supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet participants needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain a chauffer's license
- Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Flexible and adaptable in a variety of settings
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to teach and engage groups effectively
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
- Experience working with adults with disabilities is a plus.
