Bus, Inc. Candidates who are MA-Certified School Bus Trainers are eligible for up to $5000 sign on bonus Pay rate: $30-$35/hour depending on location/route assignments Driver Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school and events Drive assigned local routes Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections Maintain a clean, safe vehicle Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies Trainer Responsibilities Develop a schedule to assess training needs. Conduct employee surveys and interviews. Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership. Track and compile collected data. Conceptualize training materials based on data and research. Communicate training needs and online resources. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology. Test and review created materials. Maintain a database of all training materials. Instruct employee training and onboarding. Conduct training through new materials. Review employee performance and learning. Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements--at least 2 years experience MA-Certified School Bus Trainer Or willing to obtain, we provide training Valid DOT medical card Safe driving record Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience Ability to pass background check & drug screening Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written) Beacon Mobility is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
