We are looking for a Driver Trainer with a Tractor Trailer/CDL class A license and experience training new drivers. The Driver Trainer will be responsible for training all new drivers in specific driving techniques, maintaining quality control and reporting to the management team on a regular basis. We're seeking an experienced individual who has a passion for driving, an eye for detail, and is able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide safe driving instruction to new drivers. Assess and evaluate driver's skills and make suggestions for improvement. Train new drivers to comply with state driving laws and regulations. Assure that safety rules are followed by all drivers. Take road tests for drivers Insure that all drivers know the required state vehicle inspection. Monitor drivers through LYTX (Driver Cam) and educate them Issue warning letters and handle terminations of drivers
