Elite Driving School is a thriving family-run small business that takes pride in providing exceptional service to the community. The position is a Behind The Wheel Instructor. We offer a professional curriculum that allows you the freedom to instruct in your own style while following company guidelines. This state-approved curriculum is designed to provide the flexibility to teach driving instructions while ensuring compliance with Minnesota's requirements. We will cover the cost of your training and licensing. However, you will need to pass an FBI background check and the Minnesota Drivers Education Exams. These exams consist of one written test and two driving tests. Our students are eager and enthusiastic about learning this crucial life skill. The ideal candidate will possess patience and a commitment to providing a positive learning experience for new drivers.
Requirements:
  • A clean driving record, free from DWI or multiple citations (speeding tickets are acceptable).
  • A high school diploma.
  • A minimum age of 21 years.
Recommendations:
  • A college degree.
  • One year of teaching-related experience.
  • A passion for driving.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide driving instruction to students, emphasizing safe driving practices and techniques.
  • Demonstrate proper driving techniques and road rules during practical lessons.
  • Communicate your recommendations to parents or guardians.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to offer clear and constructive feedback to students.
