Job Description St. Cloud Technical & Community College is actively seeking instructors to join its Customized Training department, offering opportunities to teach in a variety of specialized fields. This is a chance to share expertise and contribute to workforce development in the following subject areas: Business, IT, and Professional Skills - Provide practical training in leadership, communication, Microsoft applications, and essential workplace skills. Skilled Trades and Industry - Offer hands-on training and certification support for tradespeople advancing or updating their skills. Health/EMS - Deliver essential training in CPR, first aid, and clinical skills such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and nursing aide skills observation to support healthcare workforce readiness. Direct Care and Human Services - Train caregivers and support staff in essential skills for practical, compassionate support tailored for those working in residential, in-home, or community-based settings. Salary:

Other Requirements In accordance with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities (Minnesota State) Vehicle Fleet Safety Program, employees driving on college/university business who use a rental or state vehicle shall be required to conform to Minnesota State's vehicle use criteria and consent to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
