Part-Time Driving Instructor - Evenings & Weekends Central Minnesota Driving Academy | St. Cloud, MN Area Flexible Scheduling | Part-Time | Evening & Weekend Opportunities Looking for a flexible part-time job that fits around your daytime commitments? Central Minnesota Driving Academy is looking for dependable, patient, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Evening & Weekend Behind-the-Wheel Driving Instructors! We provide professional driver's education to teens and adults throughout the St. Cloud area, helping students become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. We are specifically hiring instructors who WANT to work evenings and/or weekends. Our busiest and most requested lesson times are after school, in the evenings, and on weekends. We need instructors who enjoy working during these hours and can provide consistent availability for our students. The Schedule - You Choose Your Days! Typical evening hours:

3:30 PM - 9:30 PM Choose which evenings you want to work. Weekend availability is welcome and highly desirable. Work as few as 1-2 evenings per week or take on additional shifts if you'd like. Great opportunity for someone with a full-time daytime job looking for additional income. We are open to hiring multiple part-time instructors to accommodate different schedules. You have control over the days you make yourself available, allowing you to balance work with your other commitments.

Important:

While we offer flexible scheduling, this position is specifically intended to fill our evening and weekend needs. Candidates must be genuinely interested in working during these hours on a consistent basis. We are not currently seeking daytime-only instructors. What You'll Do Provide one-on-one, behind-the-wheel driving instruction to teen and adult students. Teach safe driving techniques, traffic laws, defensive driving, and practical driving skills. Help students build confidence and prepare for their Minnesota road tests. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive, encouraging feedback. Maintain accurate lesson records and student progress notes. Communicate professionally with students, parents, and office staff. Follow all Minnesota driver education regulations and company safety policies. What We're Looking For A valid driver's license and a safe driving record. A patient, friendly, and encouraging personality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teenagers and adults. Dependability and a commitment to scheduled lessons. Ability to work independently and maintain a professional learning environment. Consistent evening and/or weekend availability. Willingness to complete the necessary training and licensing requirements to become a Minnesota-certified driving instructor. Previous teaching or driving instructor experience is a plus, but not required! We are willing to train the right candidates and help them through the instructor licensing process.
