Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to manage classroom settings while providing hands-on driving instruction. If you have a passion for teaching and helping others develop their driving skills, we encourage you to apply. We offer education compensation for your certificate. Work area could be from Nashua, NH to Rindge, NH with several locations to work from. Responsibilities Conduct classroom instruction on traffic laws, safe driving techniques, and vehicle operation. Develop lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of adult students. Provide behind-the-wheel training to students, ensuring they understand vehicle controls and road safety. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring all students feel supported and motivated. Communicate clearly with students regarding expectations, schedules, and evaluations. Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education. Requirements Proven experience in adult education or teaching roles is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Experience working with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds. Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster an effective learning environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Patience and enthusiasm for teaching others how to drive safely. Ability to adapt instructional methods based on individual student needs. Join us in shaping the next generation of safe drivers!
