Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, focusing on safe driving techniques and traffic laws Assess students' driving skills regularly, providing constructive feedback to foster improvement and confidence Prepare students for their driving tests by guiding them through practical skills and test procedures Maintain accurate records of lessons, progress reports, and student evaluations in accordance with licensing requirements Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, professional manner while adhering to local traffic regulations and safety standards Foster a positive learning environment by engaging students with clear instructions, encouragement, and patience Communicate effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, adapting teaching methods as needed to maximize learning outcomes Requirements Valid driving instructor certification or license as required by local regulations Minimum of two years' experience in driving instruction or related teaching roles Strong knowledge of traffic laws, road safety practices, and vehicle operation Proven ability to teach effectively with excellent classroom management skills Experience working with adult learners and managing diverse student needs Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey instructions and feedback Ability to remain patient, approachable, and motivating throughout lessons Join us in shaping confident drivers while enjoying a rewarding career dedicated to education and safety!
