Teacher of Technology (Automotive Program)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree and a valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Statement of Eligibility required with the appropriate teaching endorsement in the assigned curricular area (Teacher of Technology); Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and developmentally appropriate classroom activities; Ability to maintain a positive learning environment; Strong interpersonal and communications skills; Professional automotive diagnosing and repair experience highly preferred; Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification(s) highly preferred; and Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent in consultation with the Board may find appropriate and acceptable. Salary•BA/Step 1•$72,515 Health Benefits, Sick & Personal Days; Tuition Reimbursement
