The ideal candidate will be responsible for behind-the-wheel driver training, responsible for educating students on safe driving practices and traffic laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to manage a diverse group of learners (teens & adults) effectively. Duties pick up student at their location in company provided vehicle. Provide hands-on driving instruction to students in various driving conditions. Develop lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills. Maintain a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation. Communicate effectively with students (and parents) regarding their performance, areas for improvement, and next steps in their learning journey. Ensure all instructional materials are up-to-date and relevant to current driving standards. Experience Proven experience in providing instruction or teaching is preferred. Previous experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds is highly desirable. Strong ability to educate others while demonstrating patience and understanding. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly. Spanish speaking is a plus! Must have 5 years clean driving record. Must be able to pass extensive background investigation conducted by Nevada DMV.
