Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking same dedicated and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students how to drive safely and confidently, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to become responsible drivers. This role involves both classroom instruction and behind-the-wheel training, requiring excellent communication and teaching abilities. The Driving Instructor will play a vital role in promoting safe driving habits and fostering a positive learning environment for students of all ages. Duties Conduct classroom lessons on traffic laws, safe driving practices, and vehicle operation. Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students, demonstrating proper driving techniques and safety procedures. Assess student progress and tailor instruction to meet individual learning needs. Manage classroom activities effectively, maintaining an engaging and disciplined environment. Prepare students for driving tests by reviewing skills, rules, and regulations. Ensure all training complies with local traffic laws and safety standards. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations. Communicate clearly with students to build confidence and address any questions or concerns. Promote a positive attitude towards safe driving and responsible vehicle use. Experience Proven experience in driving, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Prior teaching experience is preferred, especially in adult education or classroom management settings. Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds is advantageous. Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and feedback. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to create an organized learning environment. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
