We're passionate about helping students become confident, safe, and responsible drivers, and we're looking for someone who enjoys teaching and making a real difference. What you'll do Give behind-the-wheel driving lessons in a calm and supportive way Teach safe driving habits, traffic laws, and defensive driving skills Offer helpful feedback to guide students as they learn Adjust lessons to fit each student's pace and learning style Create a positive and encouraging learning environment Communicate with students and parents/guardians about progress when needed Administer written and practical exams What we're looking for Previous experience as a Driving Instructor or in a similar role preferred Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both spoken and written A patient, supportive, and professional attitude Ability to work well with students of all ages Experience with adult learners is a plus Compensation Pay to be discussed At Excellent Driving School, we believe learning to drive should feel encouraging and stress-free.
