This role focuses strictly on behind-the-wheel (BTW) instruction — no classroom teaching required.

Position Overview:

As a Driver Instructor, you will provide hands-on driving instruction to students, helping them build safe driving habits, confidence, and road readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behind-the-wheel driving sessions with students Evaluate driving performance and provide constructive feedback Ensure all instruction follows Ohio state safety and licensing standards Maintain a professional, patient, and supportive learning environment Track and report student progress accurately

Requirements:

Valid Ohio Driver Instructor Certification (REQUIRED) Clean driving record Strong communication and coaching skills Reliable and punctual Preferred (Not Required): Access to a dual brake system vehicle
