In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality instruction, and maintaining compliance with safety and licensing standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all driving instruction activities, ensuring adherence to curriculum standards and safety protocols Manage scheduling of driving lessons, classroom sessions, and instructor assignments to optimize resource utilization Lead, mentor, and evaluate driving instructors to maintain high teaching standards and professional growth Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and ensure completion of required training hours for licensing eligibility Maintain compliance with local transportation regulations, licensing requirements, and safety policies Develop and implement classroom management strategies that foster an engaging learning environment for adult learners Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, reporting, and communication with students, instructors, and regulatory agencies Requirements Proven experience in driving instruction with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong background in teaching or adult education with classroom management skills Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and regulatory bodies Demonstrated ability to manage classroom environments and work with diverse groups of learners Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and licensing procedures relevant to driver training programs Previous experience in classroom or instructional settings is highly preferred Ability to lead a team of instructors while maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere Join us in shaping confident, responsible drivers!
