Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW CLAW
Logistics is seeking a Driver Trainer for our location in Sterling Heights. The Trainer will perform a variety of duties to ensure the company hires, onboards and trains drivers to company standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Train and onboard all new drivers Perform road tests for prospective driver candidates Reposition equipment in the yard Deliver any hot loads as needed Assist in creating driver guides for new hires
QUALIFICATIONS 3
years of tractor trailer experience CDL A with valid medical card Knowledge of DOT regulations Previous training experience Ability to multi task and reprioritize work as required Good coach and mentor
Pay:
From $26.00 per hour
