Job Description Guardian Driving School is seeking a licensed North Carolina driving instructor to support the launch and initial operation of a structured, safety-focused driver education program. This role can be structured flexibly (contract, part-time, or advisory) and is ideal for an experienced instructor seeking meaningful involvement without full-time commitment. Our program is built around a philosophy of safe, guided, and intentional instruction , with a focus on developing confident, capable drivers for both teen and adult students. Responsibilities Provide behind-the-wheel instruction as needed Support student development using a structured instruction approach Maintain professionalism and safety during all sessions Assist with compliance requirements related to driver education programming Qualifications Must hold a valid North Carolina Driving Instructor License (full license required) Strong understanding of safe driving practices and instructional techniques Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with students Professional, dependable, and safety-focused Additional Details Flexible involvement based on availability and mutual agreement Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new, high-standard driving program Positive, structured, and professional environment To Apply Please reach out with a resume/brief introduction and confirmation of your current instructor license status.
