We are committed to creating a best-in-class member experience through expert instruction, strong community, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Regional Lead Instructor to oversee instructional quality, scheduling strategy, and instructor development across multiple studio locations. Position Summary The Regional Lead Instructor (RLI) is responsible for leading and elevating all aspects of instruction across a multi-studio portfolio. This role ensures consistency in teaching standards, optimizes instructor scheduling, and develops a high-performing team of instructors and Lead Instructors. This is a leadership role requiring strong coaching ability, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of the Club Pilates method. Key Responsibilities Instructor Quality & Audits Lead and execute instructor audits across all studios (monthly/quarterly) Provide feedback, coaching, and development plans Ensure all instructors meet Club Pilates standards Scheduling & Optimization Oversee and approve instructor schedules across locations Optimize class mix, levels, and instructor assignments to maximize utilization and member experience Conduct ongoing and quarterly schedule reviews Instructor Management Approve all subs and instructor coverage across studios Maintain proper staffing levels and class quality Support last-minute coverage as needed Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor Lead Instructors and instructional teams Build a strong pipeline of future instructors and leaders Drive accountability and performance standards Events & Member Experience Oversee planning of workshops, events, and in-studio programming Partner with Studio Managers on retention and community initiatives Education & Communication Attend corporate training and Lead Instructor calls Train and communicate key initiatives to all instructors Maintain consistent communication across all studios Issue Resolution Act as primary point of contact for escalated instructor and member issues Handle disciplinary actions and performance management Teacher Training Program Oversee Teacher Training program planning and execution Support program sales and instructor pipeline development Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor (500+ hours required) 3+ years of teaching experience (reformer-based group classes required) Prior leadership experience (Lead Instructor or multi-unit preferred) Strong understanding of Club Pilates programming and standards Excellent communication, organization, and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities Why This Role This is a unique opportunity to step into a regional leadership role and shape the quality, culture, and performance of multiple studios. Pay:
