This role includes instructing clients in kitesurfing techniques and sharing your love of the sport with prospective students in a safe, fun environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and teaching experience in kitesurfing, and is PASA certified or willing to become PASA certified. If you are not PASA certified you must be willing to become PASA certified during a course at our shop from May 21st-24th. This position offers an exciting opportunity to share your love for kitesurfing, engaging with passionate students. Responsibilities Provide professional instruction to clients of all skill levels in kitesurfing, ensuring safety and enjoyment during lessons Organize and create a safe, fun learning environment for all students Ensure all safety protocols are followed during lessons and while operating equipment Educate clients on proper use and care of kitesurfing gear. Share your passion of kitesurfing with student prospects and talk to them, about gear purchase and kitesurf level improvement Promote additional products and services to enhance customer experience and satisfaction Proven teaching experience or background in kitesurfing, and being PASA certified or willing to be PASA certified is highly desirable Strong communication skills and teaching prowess with the ability to instruct and engage diverse groups of clients, working with a range of skill levels and student types Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks Weekend/Weekday and afternoon availability.
