We are currently hiring part-time, full-time, and seasonal Private Swim Lesson Instructors . Starting pay is $17 per hour , with opportunities to earn up to $23 per hour based on experience, certifications, and performance. Our Mission At Worden Aquatics, our mission is to create a fun, exciting, and fulfilling work environment for our instructors while providing life-changing swim instruction to our clients. All of our lessons are one-on-one private lessons . There are no group classes and no cookie-cutter lesson plans. We empower our instructors to tailor each lesson to the individual swimmer and their specific needs. Think of us as the personal trainers of the aquatic world. Who We're Looking For This position is a great fit for: College and high school students (17+) Stay-at-home parents School teachers looking for extra income Swim team members and former swimmers Coaches and instructors Anyone who enjoys teaching and helping others succeed We especially need instructors who are available on weekends and some weekday mornings. Weekly direct deposit Locations Gordon Jewish Community Center (GJCC) 801 Percy Warner Blvd Nashville, TN Boost FitClub 11 Vaughn's Gap Road Nashville, TN Responsibilities Teach one-on-one private swim lessons to children and adults Create a positive, encouraging learning environment Maintain safety standards at all times Communicate swimmer progress with parents and clients Arrive on time and prepared for each lesson Represent Worden Aquatics in a professional manner QualificationsRequired Must be at least 17 years old Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Experience swimming, competing on a swim team, coaching, or teaching swim lessons Preferred (Not Required) Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification CPR Certification First Aid Certification Previous swim instruction or coaching experience Why Work for Worden Aquatics?
