To guide and develop children on a daily basis in a loving, caring, and gentle way. Duties Insure Minimum standards, Fire standards, and Health standards compliance Maintain parent relations Maintain classroom (cleanliness and environmentally age appropriate) Develop and motivate children Plan and maintain lesson plans and newsletters that are age appropriate Drive safely at all times Have current Texas drivers license and good driving record Keep transportation logs complete and current Other duties as required Competencies Genuine love for children Customer service oriented Organized Responsible Verbal/written skills Team Player Skills Ability to handle difficult encounters with children and parents Ability to prepare and use lesson plans Leadership skills Education High school diploma Shifts 6 AM - 10 AM 2 PM - 6 PM Full Time available if you are willing to do a split shift.
