A minimum of 3 years classroom experience of early childhood teaching experience with children under 5 . Previous experience and proven ability to prepare and conduct training workshops for adult learners. Previous experience coaching/mentoring towards quality improvement in early childhood setting teaching practices, curriculum implementation, classroom environments, and child outcomes. Be conversant in early learning best practices and research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong ability to convey thoughts, ideas, and concepts that support both conceptual learning and knowledge application Microsoft Office proficiency as well as the ability to utilize software systems, data and leverage technology as an effective management and communication tool. Driving & Mileage Reimbursement (Frequent Driver): This position is classified as a Frequent Driver, meaning the employee is expected to drive their personal vehicle on CCA business multiple times per week or month. The employee must maintain a valid driver's license, successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,00/$50,000 (bodily injury per person / per accident / property damage). HR approval as a cleared driver is required prior to claiming mileage reimbursement in accordance with CCA policy. Must meet all health and safety requirements, including: Passing a pre-employment and/or periodic physical exam Annual TB screening Background check and renewals as required The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to twist, turn, kneel, bend and stoop. Mentor, monitor, and support instructional coaches in implementing Practice-Based Coaching. Model effective coaching and relationship-based practices and provide reflective feedback to coaches. Maintain staff records and track progress regularly to support skill mastery. Design and deliver staff training to build required CCA skills, and partner with the professional development team to address additional training needs. Provide ongoing support to improve child assessment results and parent outcomes. Use reflective practices to support goal setting, data review, and regular observation feedback with staff. Collaborate with Campus Directors, Performance Coordinators, and the Home Visiting Manager to address staff concerns and support growth. Participate in required staff development, in-service training, and workshops. Attend scheduled campus staffing, departmental, agency, and individual reflective supervision meetings. Oversee coaches' support for curriculum fidelity and implementation. As needed, carry a coaching caseload that includes goal setting, observation and reflection, modeling, data tracking, monitoring curriculum and lesson planning, and coordinating professional learning communities. Perform other related duties as assigned.
