Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage students effectively. The Driving Instructor will work with both new drivers and adults seeking to enhance their driving skills, ensuring that all students feel confident and prepared for their driving tests. Duties Provide hands-on driving instruction to students in various conditions to build their confidence and skills. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Communicate effectively with students to clarify concepts and address any questions or concerns. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding driver education. Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance. Qualifications Certification as a Driving Instructor or equivalent training is recommended but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to educate effectively. Experience working with students of varying ages and backgrounds is highly desirable. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Ability to drive safely under various conditions while observing students. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching others how to drive safely.
