We're looking for someone who wants more than a part-time fitness job. We're looking for someone who wants to master the craft of teaching. No previous barre teaching experience is required. We provide one of the industry's most comprehensive instructor training programs and will coach you every step of the way. What Makes This Opportunity Different Teaching at The Bar Method isn't something you learn in a weekend. Our instructor training is intentionally thorough because our clients trust us with their bodies. You'll receive personalized coaching, detailed feedback, and ongoing professional development as you build the skills to become an exceptional instructor. We hire throughout the year and train instructors in small cohorts to provide individualized coaching and support. You'll Thrive Here If You... Love encouraging and motivating others. Enjoy learning and continuously improving. Can receive coaching and quickly apply feedback. Have strong musicality and can recognize and count to the beat. Are comfortable speaking in front of groups—or are excited to develop that skill. Bring positive energy and authenticity to every interaction. Fitness teaching experience is welcome but not required. What You'll Do Once certified, you'll: Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Bar Method classes. Coach clients with clear instruction, encouragement, and individualized modifications. Build genuine relationships with members before, during, and after class. Help create the welcoming, supportive culture our studio is known for. Continue growing through ongoing education, workshops, and coaching. Training & Commitment Instructor training is a significant investment for both you and our studio. It requires dedication, preparation, practice, and a willingness to receive detailed coaching.
