Job Summary AABC is looking to add part time and full time Driving Instructors. Join our dynamic team as a Driving Instructor and empower aspiring drivers to navigate the roads safely and confidently! In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive driving lessons tailored to ensure students develop essential skills and adhere to traffic safety standards. You will provide lessons in dual controlled vehicle. Duties Conduct driver training sessions for students. providing practical on-road instruction. Provide personalized coaching on defensive driving, traffic safety, highway safety, and driver improvement programs to enhance student confidence and competence. Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support skill development. Maintain detailed records of lessons conducted, student progress, and compliance with licensing standards. Communicate clearly with clients about their training plans, progress updates, and safety tips to foster trust and motivation. Skills Proven driving experience with a strong understanding of traffic regulations and safe driving practices. Ability to deliver engaging, practical on-road training sessions. Strong knowledge of traffic safety principles and defensive driving techniques.
