Motorcoach Operator

Responsibilities Safely operate motor coaches, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle mechanical integrity and readiness for service Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers using radios or other communication devices to coordinate routes and address any issues promptly Follow scheduled routes accurately while managing time efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns or safety hazards immediately Uphold safety protocols at all times, including proper use of seat belts and adherence to passenger capacity limits Skills Class A or B CDL with passenger endorsement Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues Experience operating motor coaches with a focus on safety and customer care Proven commercial driving skills with a valid driver's license appropriate for passenger transportation Excellent communication skills in English for interacting with passengers and team members effectively Familiarity with bus driving regulations and safety standards Customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse passenger needs professionally Previous straight truck experience or lowboy driving background is advantageous Knowledge of maintenance procedures to support vehicle upkeep and safety compliance Embark on a journey where your driving skills meet your passion for service!
