The ideal candidate will have:
Doctoral or master's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in ECE) A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting. Experience with and/or interest in teaching in an online environment. The ability to use technology in creating and delivering course content in a variety of Early Childhood Education courses. Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the subject area to be taught. Strong history of or evidence of an interest in professional development activities, which may include research, additional coursework, seminars, and conferences. The ability to communicate effectively with and maintain positive working relationships with students, peers, supervisors, and staff.

Salary Range:
$53,015.53 - $62,836.78 (for two terms): the maximum salary is based on a doctorate education level and 10 years of verifiable full-time teaching experience. Salary will be determined at the hire date. This position's anticipated start date is August 2026.
