Job Summary Job Summary The Board of Trustees of the Wasco Union Elementary School District are seeking a superintendent with strong school district and community leadership skills who is committed to academic excellence for all students. The superintendent shall serve as the educational leader and chief administrator for the district. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with staff, the Board, and the community to build a high-quality educational program for students served by the district. Qualifications Education:

Appropriate Administrative Services credential required. Master's degree in administration/education from an accredited college or university; doctorate preferred.

Experience:

Principal and/or district-level administrative experience required. Superintendent experience desirable. Teaching experience required, preferably at the elementary level. Copy of Transcript (Proof of Education) Credential Copy Letter of Introduction (Letter of Interest) Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three Current Letters of Recommendation) Resume Requirements /
