Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule, Competitive Health & Welfare Package Offered Length of Work Year 203 Days/Year Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Probationary, 1.0 FTE •.8 FTE Asst Principal and .2 FTE Teacher on Special Assignment The Assistant Principal will assist the Superintendent/Principal as the educational leader of the Freshwater School District (FSD) and is responsible for performing all duties related to the direction and effectiveness of the overall school program. The Assistant Principal understands and supports the school as an integral part of the community and uses a broad range of skills including those related to human relations as well as effectively conducting and supporting the activities of the school. The Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) at Freshwater School District will support the Resource Specialist Program (RSP). The TOSA will work as a site based leader to directly support the needs of our RSP. Requirements /
