Job Description
Requirements / Qualifications Master's Degree required, or higher (PhD., preferred, not required), from an accredited institution in education, school administration, or related field, and a Clear California Administrative Credential with a Teaching and/or Pupil Personnel Services Credential. Applicant must complete on-line application and submit resume and three letters of recommendation of Employment. Applicant must also provide three reference at least one must be from current or most recent employer. Comments and Other Information At least 5 years administrative experience, at least 10 years teaching experience or experience in pupil personnel services, experience working with at risk youth, implement organizational goals, vision, and mission. Strong leadership abilities, including an encouraging, motivating presence to help with conflict management, team building, mentoring, and coaching. goal-setting, prioritization, and strategic planning.
