Teacher The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles (LA Catholics) - 3.5 Long Beach, CA Job Details 2 hours ago Qualifications Team leadership Full Job Description The Athletic Director / Physical Education Teacher is responsible for developing, coordinating, and supervising the school's athletic programs while providing quality physical education instruction that promotes fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles. This position ensures compliance with school policies and athletic regulations while fostering student growth through physical activity and competitive sports. Requirements Experience Previous teaching experience in physical education preferred. Experience coaching and/or coordinating athletic programs preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
