You'll float between all of them, supporting where it's needed and leading by example everywhere. No management title required. Being the go-to, on site leader for the Shoreline Mission Viejo location across hygiene, admin, and dental assisting teams. Collaborate with our leadership team for check-ins, spotting what's working (and what isn't), and jumping in where needed. Helping our Director of Enrichment with new hires, making them feel welcome and get up to speed quickly. Keeping communication flowing between departments and with senior leadership Holding the Shoreline Way — warm, professional, patient-centered — in everything you do.
