Job Summary Job Summary Oak Run Elementary School District is seeking a dynamic and vision-focused Superintendent/Principal/Teacher to serve as both the instructional leader and site administrator, while providing limited direct classroom instruction. Specifically, the teaching position will involve working part-time as an educator and part-time as a site/district administrator. This unique position is ideal for an educator who enjoys working closely with students and staff in a small, rural school setting and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. The Superintendent/Principal/Teacher oversees daily school operations, supports student achievement, supervises staff, and ensures implementation of Board policies and District goals, while also maintaining an active teaching role. A multiple-year contract will be offered, and during the first year, the selected candidate will serve as the principal/part-time teacher as they are mentored by the current superintendent. Oak Run Elementary School, located just 20 minutes from Redding, California, is a small rural TK-8 public school located in the close-knit community of Oak Run in eastern Shasta County. Serving a student population of fewer than 20 students, the school provides a personalized learning environment where students receive individualized attention and strong support from staff and the community.
