  • one of the largest private music and dance schools in the South Bay Area. Candidate must be available to work on Mondays
  • Friday 2pm-9pm, and Saturdays 9am-4pm, and have a reliable car to get to Sunnyvale or Milpitas.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, text, e-mail, and in person to current and prospective clients. Respond to client inquiries, provide information on the school programs. Create a welcoming environment for parents and students through adherence to customer service standards. Book new lessons, schedule/reschedule existing classes, maintain records and update the database. Entering inquiries into database, working with inquiries (phone calls, e-mail). Communicating with teachers, staff, and clients. Assist with school's music recitals and dance shows, open houses. Handle opening and closing of the school.
Skill Requirements:
Three years + working Front Desk, Reception or Customer Service role. Professional phone presentation and quick learning skills. Ability to follow directions and complete tasks. High detail orientation, multi-tasker. Welcoming, outgoing demeanor essential. Good team player who collaborates well. Experience working with Google Drive and Google sheets preferred. No music or dance education experience is required, but it is a plus An ability to sell our program, explain the difference between our school and competitors. We are looking for someone with a great personality that is a people person. $28.00 per hour to start. Room for advancement with pay and PTO (paid time off) based on performance.
