Principal:

K-12 t o join the leadership team at their private school for children with special needs located in the Daytona Beach, FL area. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), professional presentation, a genuine passion to work with children, and a strong commitment to education. Th is is a Direct Hire position with the school Monday-Friday; year-round employment Sa l ary: $80,000 - $90,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional experience Benefits Health/dental/vision 401k Free Childcare Paid time off Professional development opportunities Respnsibilities Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & developments Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future Develop strong relationships with our families Comply with state licensing regulations Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to serve in various roles as needed Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records Qualif ications

REQUIRED

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; education-related field preferred

REQUIRED

Experience:

At least 1-year of experience as a Head of School /

Principal:

K-12; experience with children with disabilities is highly preferred. Must meet background check eligibility
