Principal :

K-12 to join the leadership team at their private school for children with special needs located in the Daytona Beach, FL area . The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), professional presentation, a genuine passion to work with children, and a strong commitment to education. This is a Direct Hire position with the school Monday-Friday; year-round employment Salary $65,000 - $70,000/year pending education, certifications, and professional experience Benefits Health/dental/vision 401k Free Childcare Paid time off Professional development opportunities Responsibilities Oversee all operations of the school, specifically focusing on educational programming, special events and activities, managing budget/finances, relationship building, quality assurance related to health & safety, and faculty onboarding, training & development Use a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop the school for the future Develop strong relationships with our families Comply with state licensing regulations Project a positive and upbeat attitude while working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to serve in various roles as needed Ability to maintain accurate and up to date records Qualifications

REQUIRED

Education :

Bachelor's degree required; education-related field preferred

REQUIRED

Experience:

At least 1-year of experience as a Head of School /

Principal:

K-12; experience with children with disabilities is highly preferred. Must meet background check eligibility
