Mission based company with values you trust. What you'll do: Aid the Food Service Director with administrative and office support tasks to facilitate efficient operations. Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and provide service with a smile. Scan, print, and copy documents. Make signage and labels. Work with all of SAGE's software systems. Maintain accurate files. Maintain office supply inventories. Ensure that tablet signage is accurate. Assist in training new Team Members. Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management. What you'll need: Ability to follow and give oral and written instructions. Strong organizational skills required. Proficient computer skills, including internet, email, word processing, and file management required. Ability to carry out job functions with high energy and a positive attitude.
