Schedule:
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Will work around class schedule but work cannot be scheduled in conflict with classes. Must provide a copy of your class schedule. Must provide a copy ofFY2027 FWS
award. Customer service - assisting students and their families with student account inquiries via phone and in-person. Indexing and scanning documents Data entry support Maintaining shared email boxes Perform general clerical duties and special projects as assigned. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable and punctual. Candidate must demonstrate general office skills. USF Students must have been awarded Federal Work Study for the 2026 - 2027 school year and be available to work on campus. Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with good customer service skills.
