Instructional Leadership:
Assist in overseeing curriculum implementation, support teacher development through observations and evaluations, and promote effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.School Operations Management:
Collaborate in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.Student Services and Discipline:
Oversee student behavior management, enforce disciplinary policies, and work with counselors and staff to address individual student needs and promote a positive school climate.Assessment Coordination:
Manage the administration of standardized tests and other assessments, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines, and utilize data to inform instructional decisions.Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to support school initiatives and enhance student opportunities.Qualifications:
Possess a master's, specialist, or doctoral degree in Education. Have a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.
