Instructional Leadership:

Assist in overseeing curriculum implementation, support teacher development through observations and evaluations, and promote effective instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.​

School Operations Management:

Collaborate in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe and orderly environment.​

Student Services and Discipline:

Oversee student behavior management, enforce disciplinary policies, and work with counselors and staff to address individual student needs and promote a positive school climate.​

Assessment Coordination:

Manage the administration of standardized tests and other assessments, ensuring compliance with district and state guidelines, and utilize data to inform instructional decisions.​

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:

Foster relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders to support school initiatives and enhance student opportunities.

Qualifications:
