We are seeking a detail-oriented, student-focused Registrar to help ensure the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of our academic records and student information systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a registrar or student records professional who enjoys organization, compliance, technology, and process improvement while making a direct impact on student success. Position Overview The Registrar serves as the Institute's central resource for student records, registration, and academic record compliance. This individual will oversee enrollment and graduation records, transcripts, attendance tracking, schedule changes, cohort creation, student documentation, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with Student Services, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Leadership. We are particularly interested in candidates with current registrar, student records, enrollment services, or higher education administration experience who are comfortable working with student information systems and adapting to new technologies and automation initiatives. What You'll Do Student Records & Registration Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including enrollment, attendance, grades, academic progress, and graduation status. Oversee registration processes, enrollment verification, transcript issuance, and record management. Process schedule changes, grade changes, and student status updates. Support student graduation and completion documentation. Student Information Systems & Documentation Manage student records and documentation within STARS SIS and related systems. Create class cohorts and process module scheduling updates. Enter and maintain student hours and academic records. Ensure student files are complete, accurate, and audit-ready. Manage electronic filing, data integrity, and documentation compliance. Compliance & Reporting Serve as a key resource for FERPA compliance and student records regulations. Support compliance with COE, GNPEC, and applicable Georgia licensing board requirements. Assist with institutional reporting and records audits. Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed. Collaboration & Student Support Partner with Admissions, Student Services, Financial Aid, faculty, and leadership teams. Support orientation preparation and enrollment documentation. Participate in graduation activities, committees, and institutional initiatives. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of experience in a Registrar, Student Records, Enrollment Services, Student Services, or related higher education administrative role. Experience managing student information systems and electronic records. Working knowledge of FERPA and student records compliance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Bachelor's degree. Experience with

STARS SIS.

Experience creating class cohorts, processing student hours, managing schedule changes, and maintaining large volumes of student documentation. Experience in career schools, vocational institutions, technical schools, colleges, or higher education environments.
