Director The Sweet Pea Experience Daycare Learning Center Augusta, GA Job Details Full-time From $13 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications School experience Computer operation Customer service Program development Team development Team management Managing education teams Preschool experience Community relationship building Team building Full Job Description Qualifications Experience in position Minimum requirement of at least one year of preschool management experience TCC or CDA Preferred Must be a team builder, highly organized, and possess excellent customer service/communication skills Flexible and energetic Have the ability to juggle multiple duties Ability to resolve conflicts Computer proficiency including Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn other programs quickly Must pass a criminal background check Responsibilities This position is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations, financial management, curriculum delivery, employee/student retention and achievement, parent/community relations, and strategic planning for the school Manage assigned schools in accordance with company financial and budgetary guidelines train and supervise teachers and other staff Operate the school according to state licensing standards Assist teachers with the weekly development and execution of the curriculum and program activities Purchase supplies, equipment, food, and other materials necessary for program operations Execute marketing plan (both internal and external) necessary to maintain desired enrollment Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care
