Working closely with the Headmaster , the Head of School provides leadership in the daily life of the school—supporting faculty, strengthening academic programs, mentoring teachers, and helping ensure that the mission and distinctives of Morning Star Academy are faithfully lived out in every classroom and activity. The Head of School will play a central role in shaping the culture and academic life of the school by: Encouraging and mentoring teachers in the craft of classical teaching Strengthening the school's academic programs and curriculum Supporting the daily operations and leadership of the school Partnering with families in the formation of students' character and intellect Helping cultivate a joyful and unified Christian school community The Head of School reports to the Headmaster .
