GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, answer phone calls for the Student Services Department during peak periods. The position also involves working with confidential information. The hours will be variable from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with a preference for those who can work from 12 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer questions via the phone regarding financial aid, registration, billing and Admissions Perform limited duties to assist students with financial aid and registration. Performs other related work duties as assigned.

Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and energetic with the ability to meet and deal effectively with students, parents, college personnel and the community we serve. Work efficiently and effectively in an environment that at times can be stressful and have frequent interruptions. High level skills in the application of collaborative, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills-oral and written. Possess strong multi-tasking skills. Requires strong organizational skills, good communication skills and attention to detail. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION
Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work. Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma. Preference given to those with call center experience. Must type 50 WPM.
