No Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to assist the Student Access & Disability Services office with greeting students, assisting students with completing online forms, answering phone, and providing general office support.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC 2. Excellent customer service and communication skills 3. Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Previous customer service experience 2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology 3. Familiarity with ECC's campus and the process for students with disabilities to apply for accommodations, or ability to learn these skills quickly

Essential Duties:

1. Greet students who come to Student Access & Disability Services office and check in student for appointment. 2. Assist students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services office, with completing online form to register for or request accommodations. 3. Navigate students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services, to other offices on campus. 4. Answer phones and make calls 5. General office support 6. Reception desk coverage
